The LabelMill LM5000RB is a heavy-duty rollerbed conveyor system featuring an integrated label applicator designed specifically for round containers like tubes and bottles, from .5” to 1.0” OD. It automatically feeds products from a powered hopper and wraps labels around at speeds of 50–200 units per minute with ±1/16″ accuracy. The system supports both pre-printed labels or on-demand print-and-apply configurations, and is mounted on a mobile base with touchscreen controls for quick job recall and easy adjustments.
